At the 2024 Prize Giving, the main prizes were handed out by Mrs Cynthia Lentoor : Non Nobis Award & Queenswood Trophy awarded in spirit of Honour before Honours– USISIPHO MATOTI; Shirley Cotterrell Trophy for integrity & true concern for others- Asiyolise Nyubatyha, a Grade 9 learner, competed in the S A Schools Chess Championships held in Port Elizabeth. Asiyolise represented the Eastern Cape Schools Chess Team. She was placed 23rd out of 63 girls in the u/15 age group, and gained valuable experience as a keen chess player.
