The Valedictory Service was held on Friday 20 October 2023. The Matrics walked onto the St George’s Hall stage to the beat of their chosen song “Stole the Show” by Kygo ft Parson James.
Mr Anaxagoras welcomed everyone and the service continued in the traditional way. The Grade 12’s produced a slide-show with snippets of thanking the school and teachers and sharing messages. Kush Malotana, as guest speaker, held the entire hall’s attention, with her very inspirational talk.
The Grade 12’s then left the stage and joined their parents for tea and signing of their matric shirts.
To our special 2023 Grade 12’s, “If you are brave enough to say goodbye, life will reward you with a new hello”.
