GHS 1st Hockey team competed at the Spar Hockey Festival Finals in Port Elizabeth. They ended 4th overall and the following results were recorded : vs DSG lost 1 – 3; vs Clarendon won 1 – 0; vs Pearson lost 1 – 4; vs York High won 1 – 0; vs Pearson lost 1 – 4 and vs York lost 0 – 2.
