Our talented athletes had the opportunity to attend an informative Athletics Coaching Clinic at the tartan track. A big thank you to the expert coaches Johann Van Niekerk, Cyril Lawless, Neels Roodt and Eban Vermaas for sharing their knowledge and expertise with our girls! The clinic was an incredible experience for our athletes, who thoroughly enjoyed learning new techniques and skills. We are grateful for the time and effort our coaches put in to helping our girls improve their performance and build their confidence.
